The Pennies for Patients fundraising drive has officially begun at Abby Collegiate. Leadership students have been and will continue to come around to your block B classes to collect coins to donate to the Leukemia Lymphoma Society of Canada in their search for a cure for blood cancers affecting young children. Please take the time to look between the cushions of your couch, under your beds and anywhere else you may have some spare change lurking and bring it in. There are donation boxes in the office and there will be several fundraising events in the coming weeks, so please take advantage of this great opportunity to make a difference. Let's fill that piggy bank in the front office to help save kids!
