Storm the Wall Returns...on Friday, June 4th Abby will host the 17th annual Storm the Wall team Triathlon.  You will need one 200 metre swimmer, one 1.4 km runner, on 4 km biker, and then a wall helper.  Your team will finish the individual events and then climb a 12 foot wall at the end.  The winners will receive Storm the Wall 2010 Champion T-shirts.  Storm the wall team entry forms will be available in the foyer this week.

Please congratulate the girls rugby team who took out the higher ranked and Number 1 seed from the Okanagan, Mt. Boucherie in a convincing 41 to 7 win.  Tries were scored by Veronica Flores, Jessica Sabourin, Tiffany Picketts, Diana Bonilla and three by Natalie.  Shelby Pihl and Tiffany added 3 converts.  Prop Alanna Kaetler was named Player of the Match.  We play #3 Vanier today at 3:00. Girls youíre reminded to get out of Block D at 12:15 please.

The senior boys rugby team won a decisive 57 to 17 victory against Abbotsford Traditional Secondary School in exhibition play yesterday.  'Tries' were scored by pretty much everyone.  Man of the match honors goes to Cameron MacIntosh for his fierce running and hard tackles.  Congratulations for finishing off the season on a high note.

A big congratulations to the Abby Panthers Sun Run Team, along with Mrs. Balback, Ms. Harrop, and Mrs. Huff for completing Sunday's 26th Annual Vancouver Sun Run.  The team trained for 13 weeks to prepare for the run, which this year more than 51,000 people took part in.  Congratulations Sun Run Team!
