DAILY ANNOUNCEMENTS – Wednesday, February 2, 2011

Any student interested in finding out more about Columbia Bible College is invited to attend a lunch presentation next Wednesday, February 9th.  Free pizza and an opportunity to talk to an advisor about what CBC can offer you.  You must sign up with Mrs. Doan or Mr. Grell.

The following students registered in Peer Tutoring must see Mr. Ciochetti before the end of the school day today, Wednesday, February 2nd or they will be removed from Peer Tutoring and placed in a different class:

Any Grade 12 student who has not had a yearbook Grad Photo taken, please come to the office to book your appointment.

Congratulations to the Sr. Boys’ Basketball team for their Overtime victory against Bateman.  Final score 72 – 66.  Crucial baskets were made by Devon Brar, Joel Hand and Gavin Sarowa.  The team plays Chilliwack Secondary tonight at 5:00 pm.  A bus has been arranged to take the team to Chilliwack at 3:30 today and there is some space for fans.  Any fans interested, please be at the school at 3:20.  

Aboriginal students...there is a family gathering tomorrow evening at the Aboriginal Education Centre.  Everyone is welcome, so invite your friends and family to enjoy a free dinner.  See Lindsay in room N113 for more information.

All students who will be taking part in the ski trip to Whistler on Feb. 17th.  We have an important organizational meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 8th at the start of lunch in room S210.  We will be going over important information for your ski trip day.  All participants in the Whistler ski trip must attend the meeting.
