Calling all Rugby players ñ boys and girls, Grade 9 ñ Gr. 12, rookies, veterans! Important meeting for everyone interested in playing for Abby this year. Come to the Dance Studio (by the music room) on Tuesday, December 15th at 11:05 am. Bring your lunch and find out about the upcoming season.
Want t be a teen volunteer at the hospital? Application packages can be picked up from Mr. Burns in the CTC office. You must be at least 15 years old, committed, have related skills and experience for the area youíll work in and must have all your paperwork in by January 15th.
The Y.E.S Club will be selling hot chocolate tomorrow morning in the cafeteria, for a $1.00 a cup. Help save the work and enjoy a delicious hot cup of chocolate.
A tip of the hat goes out to Alex Mitchell from our school is attending the climate change conference in Copenhagen. Yesterday she interviewed Premier Gordon Campbell who also attending. There will be a yearbook class after school today to get ready for the first deadline. Class will not be long but you need to check in with Mr. Whitman during the day or after school to get your assignments or check their progress.
Yearbook order are still be taken - order and pay now and save $10 or up to $20 for a grade 12 deluxe edition. See the school's web site for more information.
Attention Drumline and Jazz Band - reminder of our performance on Wednesday afternoon. Please meet in the music room at 12:00 so that we can load up all of our gear.
Attention Grade 9 students and Link Leaders from Mrs Mackenzie, Mr Biring, Mrs Middleton and Mrs MJ's homerooms - Your Cookies and Cocoa LINK crew event will take place immediately after these announcements in the cafeteria. LINK leaders please go and pick up your grade 9 crew and their decorations and bring them to the cafeteria.
A reminder to the Grade 9 students in Mr Abraham, Mr Keeley, Mrs Cumiskey, Ms Hardless and Ms Hasiuk's homerooms - Your Cookies and Cocoa event will take place tomorrow during Block B. Don't forget your decorations!!
